What's a "Conservative?"

A misconception has grown over the years on just what the true meaning of "conservative" is to the body politic. Today's definition has more to do with personal attitudes than anything else. Lost is the exact definition that "conservative" means "preservative." A "political" conservative is a person interested in conserving, or preserving, the form of government envisioned by the founding fathers of this great nation and written into law.
