Kenneth Lee
Kenneth Lee served six years in the U.S. Naval Reserves and is currently a successful businessman. As a businessman, Ken is keenly aware of the affects that taxes and regulations have on businesses and ultimately, the economy.
In 2007, Ken re-started his interest in politics when his friend, Bridgewater Councilman Michael Hsing, asked for help for his successful re-election campaign. Every year thereafter Ken has been involved in one or more political campaigns. Ken has been involved with Municipal campaigns including races for town Council, Mayoral, Freeholder and County Committee. On the State level, Ken has worked on Assembly races and State Senate races. On the Federal level, Ken has worked on Congressional races and Presidential campaigns.
Before 2008 Ken was focused primarily on business. It was during the 2008 Presidential race that Ken discovered he was a Conservative. Ken started vetting the candidates searched for those with true Conservative thoughts. During the vetting process, Ken listened to what they had to say but, more importantly, Ken was interested in what they did. Many candidates will say what you want to hear. If they have a record, however, their past actions will tell you where they truly stand. Integrity is important. Promises can be broken and often are. However, past actions can pin point a candidate's true character and convictions and is a better indicator.
With a National debt surpassing $18 Trillion and unfunded mandates surpassing $90 Trillion, Ken realizes that this situation is not only unsustainable, but irresponsible. Liberal policies have gotten us into this bad situation - only Conservative policies will get us out. Kenny will now use his extensive political experience to help grow the Conservative Party in the great state of New Jersey.
