Michael P. Gallo, M.S., J.D.

Michael Gallo is associated with Xerox Corporation as Counsel, Office of General Counsel. His current practice includes collection law, commercial litigation, federal procurement and claims litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, and compliance.

Prior to joining Xerox Corporation, Mr. Gallo worked for over 13 years in the commercial, public finance and healthcare industries, specifically working with public and private companies, governmental entities, and not-for-profit organizations. This experience includes working on a full line of financial products, such as commercial loans and tax oriented leases; federal leases and procurement documents; tax-exempt and taxable municipal lease purchase agreements, qualified 501(c)(3) bonds, tax-exempt off balance sheet leases, qualified small issue bonds (IDBs), and other qualified private activity bonds.

Mr. Gallo is a member of, and frequent speaker for, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, Association for Government Leasing and Finance, Equipment Leasing Association's Municipal Leasing Forum (2002 - 2007 Chairman and Committee Member) and Legal Forum, and various other trade and professional associations.

Admitted to practice in State Bars of Georgia, Louisiana and Texas; ACACIA Fraternity; Licensed Louisiana Real Estate Broker (inactive); Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Mr. Gallo now lives in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife, Michelle, and his two daughters, Caroline Elizabeth and Anna Claire. He interests and activities include boating, tennis, golf, YMCA Adventure Guides and travel. Volunteer activities include Louisiana Diabetes Foundation, Conservative Party USA and other local charities.
