Daniel J. Watson

Daniel Watson was born in Denham Springs, Louisiana, attended and graduated at Denham Springs High School. He is currently attending Southeastern Louisiana University and pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree with a double major in Political Science and History. Upon graduation he plans to attend law school. Watson has been very involved in the livestock industry throughout his life. He is currently an active member of The Louisiana Cattlemen's Association, The Louisiana Brangus Breeders Association, The International Brangus Breeders Association, and The International Junior Brangus Breeders Association, where he currently holds a position on the Board of Directors. While growing up, Watson was also very active in both the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and 4-H club. Watson has served on the local, state, and national level, in many of these organizations. Improving agricultural practices and legislation was Watson's first passion, but has recently decided to dedicate his future towards trying to restore the values and ideas which our founding fathers instilled and envisioned in America.
