Ryan Wright

Ryan Wright has served as the Lead Pastor of the Community Church of Santa Clara since 1996. He is a volunteer Chaplain for the Santa Clara Police Department. He has also served as a chaplain to the NYPD and FDNY at Ground Zero in New York City immediately following the attacks on 9/11. Ryan feels that one of his primary reasons for being on the planet is to help people in the midst of crisis. He believes that while government is not to be involved in our religious practices that our religion and more importantly our faith should play a definitive role in our government. His strong opinion is that we need a clear & articulate dialogue to take place among our citizens in order for our country to continue to fulfill the destiny for which it was founded. Ryan hopes to be able, in some way, to be a part of making that dialogue happen. Conservative Party 2010
