The United States Patent and Trademark Office has ruled that use of Conservative Party when considered absolutely or without qualification is not a Federal protected service mark, therefore, use thereof is determined by common law and/or other applicable law. Article I of the Articles of Incorporation of the Conservative Party of the United States of American, Inc. clearly defines that Conservative Party is its trade name which it claims is a "distinctive" name versus the generally "discriptive" uses of Conservative and Party by the public. Following are the protected graphics and other trade words protected by copyright laws.
